I'm Marianne Hales Harding, playwright. I'm 33 and married with one child, a dog and fish. I have a BA in English from BYU and an MFA in Playwriting from Ohio University. As a young woman I made the foolish mistake of swearing that I would never date an actor...so I ended up married to one. We've lived in Utah, Nevada, Seattle and England and recently returned to Utah (St George). Currently I've been working on adaptations of YA novels for the stage so if you happen to run a children's theater and/or know someone who does, please contact me! :)

That seems like too brief of an introduction, but I do feel like you all know me already! I joined the AML list about 10 years ago when I was in Ohio going to grad school. I have gone in and out of lurking over the years but I really enjoy the conversation.
