. I'm curious of any of you Utah folk have read the new Mormon Times? Apparently it's a new weekly bit for the Deseret News and will have columns by Orson Scott Card and Jerry Johnston (who's Jerry Johnston?). Anyone who could give us a sense of what and why this is would be thanked profusely, I'm sure.

Johnston is a long time columnist for the Deseret News. He has often done columns on people of faith, both Mormons and not. He is kind of a warm, homey writer. If I remember correctly, he is a cancer survivor and has written about that.
