Hi,
Since short introductions are encouraged -- here's mine. I was born in Oregon, spent 20+ years in Utah, then moved with my husband and two of our children to Texas, then to Ohio and then back to Utah. I am the mother of ten children (eight adopted) and I am currently employed in the Salt Lake County Library System.
I have published poems, short stories and articles in many different publications, and was lucky enough to have a couple of my poems published in Irreantum. Most of my work is not particularly religious, but I'm sure my Mormonism is present in my writing.
I am interested in ongoing discussions about Mormon writing and film and look forward to participating in some interesting discussions.

Hi Lorraine, nice to meet you! Long introductions are encouraged, go for it! I would love to learn more about you, I'm so intrigued by published, ten children, and living in Ohio. I used to be in the Shaker Heights branch. It's the signatures we want to keep short. You can create a signature here: http://forums.mormonletters.org/yaf_cp_signature.aspxAnd it will appear at the bottom of every one of your posts. Go ahead and plug your personal website, blog, or cause.
