This is our fourth semi-annual set of religious plays, the first in Provo Theatre Company space. I particularly love the plays in this set because they say less about how we ought to be--either in the sense of the ideal official church stuff often tries to show us or in the sense that many works highlight our weaknesses and call on us to change--and more about who we
are. These plays show us with our shortcomings and in our struggles just to say "This is where we stand."
It's exciting to see young Mormon playwrights take that approach to depicting our own generation of Saints.
This show is really a must-see for local AMLers, and could actually be a good recruiting activity for the student chapter.
Admission is $5 and performances are:
Thursday, 10 April @ 7:30 pm
Friday, 11 April @ 6 pm and 9 pm
Saturday, 12 April @ 2:30 pm & 7:30 pm
